Although we are subject to many forces beyond our control the way we experience situations in life depend upon us. The perception and the reaction to situations is completely in our own hands. If we approach things in a certain way we can give life the color of our choice. The choice is yours: Stress and Anxiety or Happiness and Joy! Let us being 2016 with pure awareness and give it the colors of Joy.

During this workshop we will look at how we can reduce and treat stress quickly and effectively. I will share with you some simple yogic ideas, tips and tricks, breathing techniques, and some powerful Kundalini Yoga exercises that will introduce immediate stress relief and will detoxify mind and body. We will clear energetic blocks and will elevate mind and body to a higher state of balance and strength. This way we equip ourselves with the right tools so that we can maintain a positive attitude even when the preassure of life is upon us. ૐ
