We live in a period that the pace of everyday life has increased dramatically. We live fast, we eat fast, we work a lot we rest too little. We live in a society that has been taken over by technology and guided by the media. At the same time structures and patterns of an older era are blurring our every day life. Anxiety, stress and worry are constantly colouring our mood and thoughts. The mind is restless, unsettled and often operates indecisive and in confusion. What can we do?
In just a few hours we will discuss and recognise the wrong patens that are conditioned in our minds. We will see how yoga and meditation can unlock the mind and help us focus and concentrate on things that matter the most in our lives. During the day I will share simple yogic ideas and techniques giving you experiential knowledge. Through our practice It is possible to create new patterns of thinking that can gradually reduce and clear the mind of negative thought patterns. Let’s enjoy a peaceful mind! ૐ
